"We generally like Sheraton hotels and try to book them when possible. This Sheraton is older and needs some rennovation. The first floor had molding missing, etc. Not a very attractive introduction. The reception area was fine. The room itself was tight with two beds and an easy chair, but we weren't in it much so it wasn't a problem. Would have appreciated longer hours for the pool. 10 pm was too early for us. And, people were using it until the last minute. Would also appreciate more info on the hotel when you send out the reservation confirmation - eg a phone number and directions from the interstate. Would have saved us some time and aggravation."

"We waited almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. The least they could hve done was to extend us dinner or given us a reduction on the bill."

"I was greatly disappointed in the condition of this hotel. It needs a good overhaul - maybe you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear! Cooling our heels in the lobby for almost 2 hours was no fun either because our room was not ready. The only nice part of the hotel was the dining room = good food."
